1. Material characteristics: non-graphitized glassy carbon, performance surpasses traditional materials in all aspects


Veteksemicon's glassy carbon crucible adopts advanced high-temperature sintering technology, and the polymer precursor is processed at 3000°C in an inert gas environment. It has both the density of glass and the high-temperature resistance of ceramics. The core advantages include:


Ultra-high purity: the impurity content is less than 2ppm (such as metal impurities such as aluminum and iron), which meets the needs of semiconductor-grade materials.


Extreme temperature resistance: It can be used stably up to 3000°C in vacuum or inert gas, and the strength increases with the increase of temperature (the strength at 2400°C is twice that of normal temperature).


Zero porosity and anti-permeability: There are no open pores, and the gas permeability coefficient is as low as 10⁻⁹ cm²/s, which can avoid oxidation or contamination of molten metal.


Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity: thermal conductivity 6.3 W/(m·K), resistivity 45μΩ·m, suitable for high-frequency induction heating process.


Chemical corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong alkali and molten salt corrosion, no particle shedding, ensuring the cleanliness of semiconductor production.
